Comment: I’M GETTING SO MANY EMAILS FROM MCTC AT THE MOMENT

Response: YES, IT’S BECAUSE CROWDFUNDING DEPENDS ON CROWDS

PAIN IS REAL BUT SO IS HOPE

MCTC’s CrowdFunding Campaign to raise £25K

to provide 1000 therapy sessions for those in need + 24/7 support for those at risk of suicide

When my children were young, they used to complain about me nagging. My response was, ‘As soon as you do the thing that I am asking you to do, the nagging will magically stop’!

I guess crowdfunding is a bit like that – the sooner we reach our target, the sooner all the communications will stop! (they will stop anyway at the end of April)

In the meantime, we are sorry if it feels like nagging, but please bear with us for the duration of our campaign –

PAIN IS REAL BUT SO IS HOPE

You see, the clue is in the name – crowdfunding depends on crowds and the internet and social media give us access to almost unlimited crowds. But it is a NETWORK – you know people that we don’t…

Our distribution list (ie those of you who are receiving this directly from MCTC) consists of just over 1000 people.

Admittedly, if you all donated £25.00 right now, we would reach our target today!

But we know that is probably not going to happen, so the next best thing is for you to donate what and if you can and then…

Pass the emails on to as many others as you can

This is the CROWD bit and will make all the difference

If you each pass an email on to just 10 people and they all donate just £2.50 again, we would reach our target there and then…. and so it goes on

CROWDS FUNDING…

Thank you for your patience

PLEASE BEAR WITH US AND KEEP PASSING IT ON

HELP US TO REACH OUR TARGET BY

GETTING THE CROWDS INVOLVED!
